Reservation Info

  * Please read first Philosophy, and review this reservation process carefully BEFORE you contact us.

    * All prospective puppy buyers will be interview. First you must fill out fill out my puppy questionnaire and once I have received the questionnaire I will contact you for  a phone interview. Once this is done, and you are approved you will be added to our waiting list.  You can click on  Questionnaire to print out form or contact me to receive one to begin the process (Dawn Supernault 315-698-8896 or E-mail DSupern274@aol.com )

   *After we have had the opportunity to talk personally, and you have been approved, you will be placed on our waiting list in the order which you contacted us. After the litter is whelped, you will also be sent an information packet. This is sent out when the puppies are about 3 weeks old. Which included contract, pictures of the litter and other information.

   *Deposits will be taken when the puppies are born. Pick of litter is in which I have received deposits on the litter. All deposit fee's is non-refundable. Deposit fee in included in the price of the puppy. Deposit fee is $100.00.

   * Contracts are signed when the puppy is pick up to go home. Please do not sign the contract until you pick up your puppy up.

   * PLEASE NOTE: While we are try our very best to place a puppy with you from a litter in which you are interested, being put on the waiting list does not guarantee you will receive a puppy from a particular litter. There are simply too many variables involved in placing puppies to promise anyone a puppy from a certain litter( such as litter size, sex of puppies, show puppies and so on). In some cases, especially with small litters, companion puppies may not be available. If a puppy is not available from the litter of your choice, you have the option of waiting for the next litter. 

  * We always reserve the right to decide who receives one of our puppies. Finding safe permante home is most important to us.

   * You ALWAYS have the right to decide not to take a puppy, EVEN at the last minute, NO ONE should fell obligated to take a puppy home even after being included on the waiting list, as circumstances can change in everyone's life. As soon as you have determine you do not want a puppy, please notify us of your decision.

   * Show quality puppies are ALWAYS chosen first. Then companion puppies.
